New York's Southern Tier is a large area attended to by six Trout Unlimited chapters. The Southern Tier chapters cover three distinct watershed areas, each with their own challenges.

Located out of Elmira, New York the Catherine Creek chapter is highly active and does great work with kids and youth programs.
Al Hazzard - chapter #031
Over near Binghamton, this is a large chapter that was founded in 1971 by Dr. Albert Hazzard and are well-known for annual plantings and clean-ups.
